Short staffed in some places but Good overall . Could do better !
Good entertainment. Mostly good food. Lovely staff. Plentiful food and drink.
Unhelpful after checkout as we had a late flight. I offered to pay to keep the room which was not possible. So I asked for a place to shower and get changed. Not possible. In the end we asked the health club to allow us to freshen up. Which was fine except they made us feel Very unwelcome. Some meals not great but overall mostly very nice Pool unheated. It was freezing ! Not nice and meant swimming was minimal. Sea too rough to swim and red flags up. But at least that was warm !

Wonderful choice for a Cancun vacation!
It’s a large facility, but easy to navigate. It probably has the best (widest) beach in the area. There are multiple restaurants to choose from, in addition to the buffet (though we did venture offsite for several dinners.). The staff are extremely friendly and the food is generally really good and varied for an all-inclusive. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily—sometimes twice. The gym is very well equipped. We were able to get cabanas on the beach every day of our stay, though this often meant getting up early to snag one. They were unbelievably comfortable and provided needed shade later in the day. Really, the value for our money was exceptional.
We did get a soft sell proposition regarding becoming a member when we checked in, which was annoying. It wasn’t as pushy as some we have experienced, but persistent nevertheless. They made it clear that it’s not a conventional “timeshare”, but the sales pitch felt the same. Secondly, while the staff were numerous and uniformly friendly, it was sometimes a challenge w get attentive service, e.g. a cup of coffee or w refill at breakfast. Finally, this is probably a rare occurrence, but I got trapped in a broken elevator one day. It was terrifying and were it not for an extremely strong Hungarian man I would still be there! Lastly, we had two middle of the night phone calls saying that our door was open. It was not. We brought this to the attention of the concierge who assured us he would look into it. We never heard of a resolution or explanation.
